Foster Care Program

CHARLEE's Supported Foster Care Program (SFCP) was created in 1996 in response to the needs of our growing community. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving environment for hundreds of children between the ages of infancy to eighteen (18) of all races and ethnic backgrounds who have been victims of sexual/physical abuse, neglect or abandonment.

SFCP Goal
To recruit, train and support potential foster parents to take on the responsibility of raising abused, abandoned and neglected children until permanent placement is found or reunification with their biological family is accomplished.
