CHARLEE's Supported Foster Care Program (SFCP)created in 1996 in response to the growing needs of our growing community. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving environment for hundreds of children between the ages of infancy to eighteen (18) of all races and ethnic backgrounds who have been victims of sexual/physical abuse, neglect of abandonment.
SFCP Goals
